This document (together with the documents referred to within it) sets out the terms governing the use of this website and the purchase of products through it (hereinafter, the “Terms”).
We kindly ask you to read these Terms carefully before using this website. By doing so, or by placing an order through the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all the Terms, you must not use this website.
These Terms may be modified. It is your responsibility to read them periodically, as the terms in force at the time you use the website or enter into the Contract (as defined below) will apply to you.

Any personal information or data you provide about yourself will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to the processing of such information and data and represent that all information you provide is true and accurate.
USE OF OUR WEBSITE
By using this website and/or placing orders through it, you agree to:
• Use this website only to make legally valid inquiries or orders.
• Not place false or fraudulent orders. If it is reasonably believed that such an order has been placed, we are entitled to cancel it and inform the relevant authorities.
• Provide your email address, postal address, and/or other contact details truthfully and accurately.
If you do not provide all necessary information, we may not be able to process your order.
By placing an order through this website, you represent that you are over 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts.
ORDER
Your order will be considered complete once you finish the final step of the checkout process by clicking “Place Order.”
By placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions, including all policies such as the Privacy Policy and the Returns section.
If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will inform you immediately and refund the full amount.
AUTHENTICITY
All our products are 100% authenticated, and we guarantee their authenticity.
We do not buy or sell counterfeit items, replicas, or any product whose authenticity would be questionable. Any item deemed questionable will be automatically rejected.
If, upon receiving the product, you have reasonable authenticity concerns, you must contact us immediately. A full refund will be issued once the item has been returned and inspected.
PRICES / PAYMENT
All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include VAT.
Accepted payment methods:
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Google Pay
• Apple Pay
• PayPal
• Bank transfer
For payments made by bank transfer, the order will be processed once the funds have been received in our account.
RESERVATIONS AND INSTALMENT PAYMENTS
In certain cases, Last Love may accept instalment payments in order to reserve a specific item.
When such an arrangement is accepted, a minimum deposit equivalent to 20% of the item price is required in order to secure the reservation.
The reserved item will be held exclusively for the client for a maximum period of 60 days, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
During this period, the item will be removed from sale and will remain unavailable to other clients.
For this reason, the initial deposit is considered a reservation deposit and will not be refundable if the purchase is not completed within the agreed timeframe.
Last Love reserves the right to accept or decline instalment payment requests at its sole discretion.
Orders placed under the instalment payment option are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
SHIPPING
Orders within Europe:
• Shipping costs are completely free for European destinations.
• Delivery times range from 1 to 4 business days from dispatch.
• We cannot change the delivery address once the order has been confirmed.
• We cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
• We are not responsible for delays during special periods (Christmas, Black Friday, sales, etc.), where delivery times may be longer than usual.
• All shipments are sent via UPS or DHL and are fully insured.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item.
To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact us at info@lastlove.eu providing your order number within this 14-day period.
Once your request has been received and approved, Last Love will provide the corresponding return label. The item must be handed over without undue delay, following the instructions provided.
Returns communicated after 14 calendar days from receipt of the item will not be accepted.
The return cost will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.
Return cost:
European countries with fully insured shipping: 30 €.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, with no signs of use beyond what is necessary to examine its nature, characteristics, and condition, and with the original label attached.
The customer shall be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and condition of the item.
Once the returned item has been received and carefully inspected to verify compliance with the above conditions, Last Love will process the refund within 4 business days. The refund will be issued for the amount paid, minus the return cost.
The time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Refunds will not be issued until the item has been received and approved after inspection.
All refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Last Love reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent outside the established period, or items that are not in the same condition as they were received.
Returned items without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchanges or returns of sales made to professional companies are not accepted.
Any loss or difference due to currency conversion is not our responsibility.
Return expenses, as well as any previously unreported damage, must be covered by the customer.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to ensure that the colors and descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible. However, please note that image quality and color may vary from the actual product.
Each item includes a detailed product description (color, size, condition, etc.) and digital photographs.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to rules or principles relating to conflicts of law.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
