Refund policy

You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the item.

To initiate a return or exchange, you must contact us at info@lastlove.eu providing your order number within this 14-day period.

Once your request has been received and approved, Last Love will provide a fully insured return label. The return cost will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

European countries with fully insured shipping: 30 €.

The item must be returned without undue delay and in the same condition in which it was delivered, with no signs of use beyond what is necessary to examine its nature, characteristics and condition, and with the original label attached.

The customer shall be responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and condition of the item.

Returns communicated after 14 calendar days from receipt will not be accepted.

Once the returned item has been received and carefully inspected to verify compliance with the above conditions, Last Love will process the refund within 4 business days. The refund will be issued for the amount paid, minus the return cost.
The time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Returned items without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges or returns of purchases made by professional companies are not accepted.

Any loss or difference resulting from currency conversion is not the responsibility of Last Love.
